The previous encounter with the Toronto Lynx left the West Michigan Edge with another disappointing loss! After leading Toronto 2-1 up until the 85th minute the West Michigan Edge looked set on gaining their second victory in the Mid West PDL Division. However this would not be the case!
In the 86th minute the Toronto Lynx were awarded a dubious Penalty Kick decision after a Toronto player collided with the Edges goal keeper Jeremy Clarke! Toronto capitalized on their opportunity tying the game 2-2.
The Edge would then be left crushed in the 93rd minute as Toronto put in a third, defeating the Edge 3-2 in injury time!
